We assessed Haus25 as having unique amenities appealing to young professionals.

Haus 25 is a 750 unit rental building in Jersey City, facing the downtown Manhattan skyline. Leasing for the building commenced on April 6, 2022. We worked with the Haus25 marketing and leasing teams to evaluate their brand and develop a customized video content campaign.

We then matched Creators from our network that best aligned with Haus25's brand.

The April creator network is made up of videographers and influencers, with local knowledge of NYC and it’s neighborhoods. Our platform curated a list of recommended creator that aligned with Haus25’s brand. April handled all the logistics on the creator side: scheduling, timing, and communication. The Haus25 team did not have to coordinate with the Influencer at all.
